Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations, or Psychology (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of B-BBEE principles, especially relating to social and enterprise development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Culturally sensitive and empathetic, with strong ties to the local community
Experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, or public relations
Strong organisational and reporting abilities
Must be based in or near Hout Bay and familiar with the local area
