What You'll Do




Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes Support senior chefs with mise-en-place and service delivery Maintain food quality, hygiene and presentation standards at all times Handle equipment and utensils responsibly and follow all safety protocols Ensure proper stock rotation, storage and minimal waste Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations

What You'll Need




Relevant culinary qualification preferred and matric certificate Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen environment Passion for fine cuisine and eagerness to learn under expert guidance Strong time management, teamwork and communication skills Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
