About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Success & Account Manager who will act as a client-facing representative of our company on Zoom calls, onboarding sessions, and follow-ups. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, guide new clients through onboarding forms and our GoHighLevel system, and ensure clients are set up for success. This is a long-term, remote position requiring excellent on-camera presence and professional personal presentation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct video onboarding calls with new clients, guiding them through our onboarding forms and system.

- Provide ongoing account management and support, including follow-up calls, check-ins, and relationship nurturing.

- Communicate professionally in English via video calls, email, and chat.

- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems like GoHighLevel.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Assist with repetitive tasks and standard processes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Schedule:

- Full-time, 30-40 hours per week.

- Must be able to work US business hours (Eastern Time).

- Remote only; candidates must reside in South Africa.

Compensation:

- R9,000 per month base salary (approximately $500 USD).

- Performance bonuses available.

- Opportunity to move into a closing sales role with higher pay based on performance.

Requirements:

- Clear spoken English and excellent on-camera presence.

- Comfortable being on video and representing the brand in client meetings.

- Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor.

- Prior experience in account management, client success, customer support, or sales is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and follow standard processes.

- Reliable internet connection, working webcam, and headset.

- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM/marketing automation tools is advantageous, but training will be provided.
