A dynamic B2B marketing agency is seeking an experienced Client Service Account Manager to join their energetic and collaborative team. This is a full-time, in-office role with some flexibility from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives on managing client relationships, delivering results across multiple marketing channels, and contributing to business growth.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high-quality marketing and communication solutions, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
Account Management:

  • Manage 8-10 client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Ensure client expectations are fully understood, interpreted, and managed effectively.
  • Liaise with the operational/production team to ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently.
  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain quality control, and ensure reports and reconciliations are up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Prepare briefs, status updates, and client reports as required.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
New Business Development:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present winning pitches and presentations.
  • Secure new clients to meet business growth, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Initiate and manage effective relationships with selected, developed leads on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  • Honours degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on, professional approach with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PR, and website development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms.
  • Confident dealing with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, success-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Reliable, with valid driver's license and own transport (very rarely will you use your own transport for client visits, client visits are usually conducted alongside a senior team member).
