The Client Relations Liaison will be the key point of contact for guests, partners, and clients. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating tastings, handling bookings, and ensuring smooth communication across all estate operations. You will help maintain a high standard of service and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Provide information and assistance to guests
- Coordinate tastings, tours, and events
- Respond to client queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance client engagement
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or wine estates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and guest-focused approach
- Organisation and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of wine or culinary experiences is an advantage
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required
