We are seeking for an experienced, visionary

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to lead and elevate healthcare delivery across the island. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in one of the world's most unique and close-knit communities.

Who We're Looking For:

We are preferably seeking a

medical doctor with strong leadership and administrative experience

, though candidates with substantial healthcare management backgrounds will also be considered. The ideal candidate brings operational excellence, empathy, and a deep commitment to patient care and health system development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards in clinical and non-clinical services Lead and support department heads and healthcare teams to improve patient care outcomes Implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize hospital efficiency and safety Drive strategic planning and innovation in hospital management and service delivery

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) preferred Proven leadership experience in hospital or healthcare management Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment Experience working in remote or developing settings is an asset

Contract & Benefits:

12 months contract (minimum 6-month commitment)
