We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operations management, preferably within the Catering and IFM sectors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in the Catering and/or IFM industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and organisational abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
