This opportunity is ideally suited to a chef who is deeply interested in health, nourishment, seasonal produce and mindful cooking, and who values quality over quantity.

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running a designated section while contributing to the preparation of nutrient-dense, thoughtfully executed dishes. The kitchen philosophy centres around fresh, seasonal and farm-led ingredients, prepared in a way that supports balance, wellbeing and flavour. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, consistency and a calm approach to service.
Working closely with senior kitchen leadership, the successful candidate will support daily operations, uphold food safety standards and ensure that every plate reflects the kitchen's commitment to simplicity, integrity and excellence.
