Duties & Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase customer reach.
Distribution Network Management: Establish and manage an efficient and extensive distribution network to ensure products or services are readily available to customers. Optimize logistics, monitor distributor performance, and streamline processes.
Channel Partner Management: Build strong relationships with channel partners, such as dealers, retailers, and distributors. Ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives, provide support, training, and incentives to drive sales and maintain partner satisfaction.
Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Set sales targets and closely monitor performance against those targets. Implement sales strategies, conduct regular performance reviews, and take corrective actions to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
Brand Market Share: Develop and execute strategies to increase the company's brand market share. Monitor market share trends, analyze competitive positioning, and identify opportunities to enhance brand perception and market dominance.
Marketing and Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns. Ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
Pricing and Profitability Management: Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Analyze pricing structures, market dynamics, and cost considerations to make informed pricing decisions that optimize market share and profitability.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of RTM strategies and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including brand market share, sales performance, and distribution network performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Team Management and Development: Build and lead a high-performing RTM team. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance the team's skills and capabilities. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth.
