MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realization of pre- determined business benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Analyze and assess project change environment;
  • Change Enablement and support;
  • Change governance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential:
  • Bachelors degree, advanced diploma or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential:
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
Desired:
  • 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications;
  • Culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level;
  • Business Acumen;
  • Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis;
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.;
  • Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels;
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office).
