MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realization of pre- determined business benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Analyze and assess project change environment;
- Change Enablement and support;
- Change governance.
Essential:
- Bachelors degree, advanced diploma or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
Essential:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry
- Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications;
- Culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level;
- Business Acumen;
- Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis;
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.;
- Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels;
- Computer literate (Microsoft office).
