Change Manager

Job Description


Our client in the Medical Industry and based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is currently looking for a Change Manager on a Hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realisation of pre- determined business benefits.
  • Change analysis.
  • Change enablement and support.
  • Change governance.
Requirements:
  • Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis.
  • Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications.
  • Change management principles and applications.
  • Facilitation skills, including adult learning principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioural sciences, or business-related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRS and MHRM.
Remuneration:
  • R500 000 xe2x80x93 R900 000 per annum.
