Job Description
Our client in the Medical Industry and based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is currently looking for a Change Manager on a Hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realisation of pre- determined business benefits.
- Change analysis.
- Change enablement and support.
- Change governance.
- Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis.
- Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications.
- Change management principles and applications.
- Facilitation skills, including adult learning principles.
- Bachelor's degree in behavioural sciences, or business-related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRS and MHRM.
- R500 000 xe2x80x93 R900 000 per annum.
