Job Description
Our client in the Healthcare industry is currently looking for a Change Manager, xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bin Stellenbosch.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realisation of pre-determined business benefits.
- Analyse and assess project change environment.
- Change Enablement and support.
- Change governance.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree, Advanced Diploma or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in the Private Healthcare industry.
- Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Up to R55 000 CTC per month.
