MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realisation of pre- determined business benefits
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Analyse and assess project change environment
- Change Enablement and support
- Change governance
Essential:
- Bachelors degree, advanced diploma or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
- N/A
Essential:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry; preferably within Mediclinic
- Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications
- Mediclinic culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level
- Business Acumen
- Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.
- Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
