New vacancy in! A leading private hospital group in Cape Town is looking for a Change Manager who has prior healthcare industry experience.
Requirements:
Degree or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
5+ years in the private healthcare industry.
The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
