Job Description
At Slate, we are passionate about creating food that delights our customers. Our team is dedicated to quality, creativity, and excellence in every bite. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated CDP Chef to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and current trends. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient production and timely service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes. Creativity and passion for cooking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
