Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Certificate in Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Minimum 23 years experience as a Pastry CDP or Senior Commis in a luxury hotel, game lodge, or fine dining environment.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques including chocolate work, sugar craft, plated desserts, and artisan breads.
Experience working in a 5-star property or Relais & Chxc3xa2teaux establishment is advantageous.
Valid drivers license (preferred, not essential).

Working Conditions:

Live-in position with accommodation and meals provided.
6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule or similar, depending on lodge policy.
Remote bush setting must be comfortable working in isolated, natural environments.
