Chef de Partie (CDP)
Salary: R16,000 CTC per month
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or specialty restaurant
-Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent attention to detail
-Team player with a passion for culinary excellence
