Beverage Wizardry (Hot & Cold):

• Craft an impressive range of beverages--from velvety cappuccinos to refreshing smoothies--with consistency and flair.
• Keep all coffee and beverage equipment in tip-top shape with regular checks and maintenance.
• Operate machinery safely and confidently, following all safety protocols (especially when espresso is involved).
• Keep an eye on inventory to avoid those dreaded "out-of-stock" moments.
• Serve customers promptly, cheerfully, and with a steady hand (latte art skills a plus!).

Customer Service with a Personal Touch:

• Greet every guest--whether colleague or visitor--with a warm, professional welcome.
• Take orders efficiently and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen.
• Keep customers in the loop on menu options, availability, and any updates.
• Neatly package and present takeaway items like a pro.
• Listen attentively to feedback and route it to the right team--because great service means always improving.
• Support meeting, function, and training setups with snacks and beverages that hit the spot.

Deli & Snacks: A Feast for the Eyes (and Stomachs):

• Keep the Deli counter sparkling clean and at optimal temperatures.

Payments & Point-of-Sale Proficiency:

• Ring up purchases with accuracy and professionalism.
• Clearly communicate totals and process payments swiftly (cards and accounts included).

What You Bring to the Table:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.
• Top-tier communication skills and a naturally friendly approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
