We are looking for a Case Manager to join our establishment.
Key competencies include understanding of CCMA RULES, Labour Court and Bargaining Council processes, managing the Case Management System of our Organization Nationally including timeous follow up on referrals and submission of documents in line with the appropriate rules of the Legal Institute.
The chosen candidate should be familiar with all CCMA Rules, Labour Court Rules and Bargaining Council processes and rules and will be responsible for all follow ups with the relevant bodies.
Previous experience within CCMA, or bargaining council Case Management would be preferable. Preferably the candidate should have a drivers licence and be willing to travel on occasion.
