Our client is looking for a Care Consultant/Receptionist in Centurion Area are you friendly, have a willing heart to help others in need and a good attitude towards others.

Purpose:
To receive, arrive, assist, and direct the patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the centre team and answer queries regarding activities conducted within centre. Project a positive, friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Purpose:
To receive, arrive, assist, and direct the patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the centre team and answer queries regarding activities conducted within the centre. Project a positive, friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Key Performance Indicators
Welcoming persons entering establishment, determine the nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations.
Scheduling of appointments and keep those appointments as per requirements (on time)
Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Comforting distressed patients xe2x80x93 this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
Processing billing and payments using medical software
Capture patientsxe2x80x99 information on the electronic system and related medical software
Confirm HealthID permission per doctor.
Maintain and update professionalsxe2x80x99 appointment calendars (appointment changes, messages, etc.)
Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
File and maintain records as per filing standard requirements.
To comply with all relevant centre procedures, regulations and protocols and to maintain confidentiality at all times with particular reference to patient records.

Qualifications:
Matric
Office Administration/Secretarial qualification (NQF Level 3)
2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in similar receptionist role
1-2 years' dentistry experience
GoodX experience will be an added advantage.

Skills and Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management
Basic financial literacy and understanding
Flexibility in terms of availability
Professional communication skills
Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and patients in promoting patient-doctor interaction.
Ability to work under pressure.
