Large Hospitality Travel and Tourism organisation is looking for suitable candidates to fill the above position as a Customer Care Consultant
Purpose of the Position

  • To assist members with all reservations request and customer care queries and ensure one call resolution is implemented.
  • To engage, build and maintain a good relationship with our existing member base and member retention is prioritised.

Key Performance Areas
  • Liaise with members on a daily basis/ Outbound and Inbound
  • Deal with holiday request - and all customer related queries via telephonic, written and face to face.
  • Deal with complaints and queries, Inbound or outbound
  • Understanding each memberxe2x80x99s needs

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Qualifications & Experience
  • Customer Service and Call Centre Experience minimum 2 years
  • Matric
  • MS Office and Electronic Mail
