Type:

Company:
Patriot Holdings
About Us:
Patriot Holdings is a U.S.-based private equity real estate firm acquiring mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and small-bay industrial assets across the country. Our team operates fast, efficiently, and with purpose -- and we're expanding our research division to fuel the next phase of our acquisitions pipeline.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Researcher
to join our acquisitions team. You'll be the backbone of our deal flow -- the person who finds, qualifies, and organizes high-quality off-market leads for our U.S. callers and acquisitions specialists.
You'll be diving deep into property data, verifying ownership structures, assessing market trends, and ensuring every lead is fully researched, qualified, and CRM-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership Research:
Identify and verify the true owners behind each property (individual, trust, LLC, or corporate entity).
Property Research:
Analyze property details (lot count, facility size, acreage, Google Map review, aerials, etc.) using platforms like Reonomy, TitlePro247, Crexi, and Regrid.
Market Research:
Evaluate surrounding areas -- rent comps, local market trends, and comparable properties.
On-Market Research:
Track listed opportunities and confirm ownership, status, and pricing.
Outreach Support:
Prepare accurate contact data for outbound campaigns (email, text, and call lists).
CRM Management:
Input, update, and maintain clean data within Monday.com CRM, ensuring every lead is tagged, categorized, and updated correctly.
Quality Control:
Maintain a high research accuracy rate -- no guessing, no assumptions, just verified facts.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate directly with acquisition specialists, providing context and clarity on ownership, property status, and market findings.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in
real estate research, data analysis, or lead generation
(preferred).
Comfort working with U.S.-based data platforms (Reonomy, Crexi, TitlePro247, Google Maps, GIS, etc.).
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable Wi-Fi and power backup (required for remote setup).
Strong English fluency and ability to work
U.S. hours (night shift in South Africa).
What We Offer:
Competitive USD-based salary
Structured training and clear performance KPIs
Growth opportunities within the Acquisitions Department
Dynamic team environment and consistent workflow
Real impact -- your research directly fuels million-dollar acquisitions
