Core Criteria:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Strong focus on personalised service and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with discretion and efficiency
- Proven service knowledge across food, beverage, and in-room dining standards
- Barista and/or mixology skills considered advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual abilities, particularly European languages, are an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
