Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on business development metrics and pipeline.

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market insights.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
