Requirements

5-7 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in business development or client-facing roles Hospitality industry experience is essential Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals (R9 million+) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Time management and organizational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail

Purpose of the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

Driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns Aligning customer needs with business offerings to ensure market competitiveness and brand visibility Collaborating across departments to meet sales targets and support marketing execution Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve strategic goals
