About the Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-quality leads to support the sales pipeline. From outreach and research to relationship-building and handovers, your work will directly influence conversions and business expansion.
What You'll Do
Identify and qualify leads through online research, networking, and campaigns
Execute cold calling and email strategies to engage new prospects
Evaluate lead potential based on specific business criteria
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and conversion progress
Collaborate closely with the sales team for seamless lead handover
Report on lead volume, quality, and areas for improvement
What You Bring
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience in cold calling or tele sales
Comfortable working across digital platforms and CRM systems
A proactive, curious, and consistent approach to outreach
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
