1. THE COMPANY

PrimeLocation SA is a Commercial Property Brokerage, specialising in selling and leasing commercial properties, including warehouses, factories, offices, retail shops, land, motor showrooms and other mixed use properties.

We are based in Sandton, Johannesburg and require a

Business Development Manager

to grow the Motor Dealership Property Division.

2. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate should ideally have experience in the Motor Industry, in a sales or marketing capacity. Working in the commercial property sector will be an added advantage.

The Business Development Manager should have business management, sales, marketing and negotiation abilities. Soft skills essential for success, include strong communication, leadership, adaptability and relationship building skills.

They can work from home and must have their own car and computer.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source motor dealership and motor showroom properties that are To Let and For Sale, identify who the owners are and request that we can market, lease or sell the property.

Acquire information about the property, so that we get a good understanding of what the property offers.

Market the property, via website marketing, installation of To Let or For Sale signage, social media and others.

The primary marketing medium is to advertise all the motor dealership properties in an electronic brochure. The Business Development Manager will identify motor dealerships in South Africa, contact the principals and decision makers at these dealerships, introduce our company and mail them the motor dealership property brochure, with the objective that they lease or buy a property from us.

Build a data base of properties To Let and For Sale, as well as of Clients.

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
