About the role:
Our Business development manager is a dynamic, motivated, high performing and experienced new Business Development professional, who takes a consultative approach. With previous experience working in a 100% new business, B2B sales role. You will be given the task to drive growth and maintain a great working relationship with new and existing prospects. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person, who is passionate about healthcare. Ideally you would have previous experience within a domiciliary care provider.
What you will be doing:
Self-generating new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new?business?activity.
Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly minimum sales targets.
Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
Owns the full sales cycle (identification, acquisition, implementation, expansion, and renewal) for assigned accounts
Prospects new customers and accounts within their territory.
Manage the sales funnel from new opportunity generation through closing.
What you will need:
Minimum 3 years experience within a Business Development environment
Relevant experience in healthcare, biomedical or technology.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales / proven client relationship building experience
Highly motivated individual with a flexible and adaptable approach
B2B Sales experience with a track record in results.
Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, & time management skills.
Ability to think strategically and analyse data.
