We're looking for a

top-performing Business Development Manager

who lives for outbound sales and thrives on building relationships at speed. Your mission:

bring more flights onto SkyAccess every single day

and expand our operator network across the U.S. and beyond.

What You'll Do

Own outbound operator acquisition

-- make

100+ cold calls per day

to private jet operators across the U.S. and internationally. Sell operators on the benefits of listing their empty legs on SkyAccess. Manage the full acquisition cycle -- from cold outreach ? qualification ? pitching ? contract signing ? onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with operators to ensure long-term inventory growth. Track KPIs daily (calls made, contracts signed, aircraft added) and crush weekly/monthly targets. Collaborate with our operations and tech teams to ensure operators are integrated and flights are flowing in. Gather market feedback to help improve our operator onboarding process and tools.

What You Bring

Proven cold calling experience

(100+ daily) in a sales, business development, or account executive role. Relentless hunter mentality -- you don't wait for leads, you create them. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility with decision-makers. Experience in private aviation or travel-tech is a huge plus, but not required. Comfort using CRM tools to track and report progress. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Excellent communication skills -- phone, email, and video.
