Develop and execute business growth sales strategy in line with overall business goals.
Conduct high-level negotiations within approved parameters to secure commercially viable and sustainable business agreements that will support long-term growth.
Engage directly with high-potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored wholesale solutions that align with MVW's value proposition.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the veterinary and retail sectors to expand MVW's national customer base.
Actively convert competitor accounts to MVW through strategic engagement, value-based selling, and strong relationship management.
Monitor market trends and provide insight into competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the veterinary and retail sectors.
Maintain cross-functional collaboration and relationships in the MVW group.
Provide structured feedback and reports to GM on business development activities, market movements, and key account performance.
