Job Summary As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for the following:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the clearing and freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on tailored logistics solutions.
Work closely with the operational teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, especially in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring competitive terms while maintaining profitability.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth strategies.
What Do You Need?:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the clearing and freight forwarding industry.
Exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
National Senior Certificate and a Degree in a related field.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and sales growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
