Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Tertiary qualification essential
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f At least 5+ years of experience in a relationship management or business development role within the UCaaS, CCaaS, or related technology sectors
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, experience in both hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts to maximize growth
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Familiarity with managing relationships in international markets and navigating cross-cultural dynamics to drive global success
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Strong understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, along with the ability to articulate technical features and benefits to a variety of stakeholders
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Experience in a White Label partner ecosystem or SaaS-based business model
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Knowledge of the telecommunications or cloud communications industry (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
