Business Development Manager: Digital Channel

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, expanding, and growing existing business relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. This will require a strategic balance of hunting for new channels and farming current partnerships to maximize revenue growth. Knowledge of UCaaS (Unified Communication as a Service) sales environment with CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) experience would be highly beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience:
a? Tertiary qualification essential
a? At least 5+ years of experience in a relationship management or business development role within the ICT industry, ideally UCaaS, CCaaS knowledge
a? Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, experience in both hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts to maximize growth
a? Familiarity with managing relationships in international markets and navigating cross-cultural dynamics to drive global success
a? Strong understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, along with the ability to articulate technical features and benefits to a variety of stakeholders
a? Experience in a White Label partner ecosystem or SaaS-based business model
a? Knowledge of the telecommunications or cloud communications industry (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
