Job Description

Beluga is an iconic dining destination known for its contemporary cuisine, vibrant atmosphere and longstanding reputation for excellence. As we embark on a new growth trajectory, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us elevate our brand, expand our partnerships and drive new revenue streams - particularly through Events and Functions hosted at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

oIdentify, develop and manage strategic business opportunities and partnerships (corporate bookings, events, brand collaborations, etc.)

oAnalyse market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to inform strategy

oCollaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop campaigns and packages that drive traffic and sales

oProactively source new corporate and private clients for venue bookings and private functions

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders

oPrepare and present business proposals, revenue reports and performance metrics to management

oAssist in the development and implementation of loyalty, CRM and retention strategies

Requirements:

oMinimum 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing (in hospitality, events or lifestyle brands)

oProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

oExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

oStrong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically

oA passion for hospitality, food and lifestyle experiences

oAbility to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends for events when required
