Job Description


admyt is a leading digital parking management platform transforming how people access and pay for parking. Were looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Business Development and Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint. This is a growth-focused role where youll be responsible for driving B2B sales, securing new sites, selling admyts full product suite, and opening up new verticals. Youll be on the front lines of our expansion, travelling nationally and working with landlords, portfolio managers, asset owners, and business leaders to bring admyts vision to life.What you'll do

  • New Business Development & Sales: Identify, pitch, and close new parking site deals across sectors including retail, office, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use environments
  • Lead Management & Deal Conversion: Manage inbound leads and proactively source new opportunities; convert interest into signed commercial agreements
  • Product Sales & Feature Expansion: Sell admyts full-stack solution including LPR access, tenant & monthly parking, and future offerings like kiosks and Tap-to-Pay to both new and existing clients
  • Monthly Parker Acquisition: Build and manage a pipeline of individual and corporate monthly parkers, leveraging our marketplace model to drive consistent demand and conversion
  • Territory Growth (National Travel): Travel to key regions (Cape Town, Gauteng, KZN, etc.) to grow adoption across new and existing nodes, supporting site rollout and relationship management
  • Customer Success Support: Work with operations and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Industry Engagement & Representation: Represent admyt at conferences, expos, and networking events to drive visibility, generate leads, and position the brand as a market leader
  • Non-Core Market Expansion: Break into new verticals e.g. student housing, hospitals, gated residential estates, private parking lots by tailoring admyts offering to sector-specific needs
  • B2B Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sector-specific campaigns, promotional material, and outbound strategies that support sales objectives
  • Proposals & Pricing Strategy: Develop tailored proposals and pricing structures for prospective clients, working with internal teams to balance competitiveness and commercial viability
  • Strategic Partnerships for User Growth: Identify and activate partnerships that drive new user acquisition and platform adoption including collaborations with property managers, event organizers, and brand partners
What you'll need
  • Proven Sales Experience: 35+ years in B2B sales, real estate, property tech, or related commercial roles
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to pitch, present, and negotiate with confidence at all levels from facility managers to asset owners
  • Commercial Instinct: Understands value creation and ROI; capable of identifying and structuring commercially compelling deals
  • Self-Starter: Works independently, driven to close deals and deliver results without constant oversight
  • Travel-Ready: Willing and able to travel frequently across South Africa to pursue opportunities and manage accounts
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with lots of moving parts
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable selling a digital platform and learning the ins and outs of a smart tech solution
Bonus points for
  • Experience in parking, proptech, or real estate-related industries
  • Exposure to SaaS or recurring revenue models
  • Existing network in real estate, commercial property, or facilities management
  • A track record of building new markets or verticals from scratch
