Job Description
Masithuthuke Holdings is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in the skills development and training sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors Build and maintain strong client relationships Develop and implement growth strategies, plans, and forecasts Prepare compelling proposals and presentations Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client needs Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and presentations
Requirements
A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field +4 years' proven experience in business development or sales Strong understanding of the SETA and skills development environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
