Our prestigious luxury lodge is seeking a Boutique & Gallery (B&G) Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional guest service while driving sales in our exclusive on-site boutique and art gallery. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for retail, an eye for detail, and a passion for curating unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with purchases from the boutique and art gallery, offering expert product knowledge.
- Maintain elegant displays and ensure all retail areas reflect the lodge's luxury brand.
- Assist in merchandising, stock control, and inventory reporting.
- Support the Retail & Merchandise Manager with seasonal promotions and sales strategies.
- Ensure every guest interaction is warm, professional, and tailored to their needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, accuracy, and service.
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in luxury or boutique environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
- Confidence in upselling and curating personalized shopping experiences.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for luxury goods, art, and high-end guest service.
