Our client, a large private property developer, owner and asset manager in Pretoria has more than R9 billion in assets and is growing rapidly as they are internalising the property management function. To this end, they are looking to appoint an experienced property bookkeeper / debtor's manager to be based at a high-end mall with nearly 100 stores. Though the role will initially cover only this mall, more buildings will be added to your portfolio as they bring more assets into their in-house management team.
The incoming Bookkeeper will be responsible for all accounting functions - from day-to-day bookkeeping up to trial balance. In addition, they will also be responsible for running / managing the debtor's function, by checking invoices against SLA's, contracts or quotes, ensuring the works have been completed to the required standard and then loading all invoices for payment.
Ideally, they are looking to hire someone with xc2xb15 years' experience within a similar role in the retail space, as well as strong working knowledge of MDA. While a relevant tertiary qualification is not essential, it will greatly count in your favour. If you meet these requirements and reside in Pretoria, submit your CV now.
