Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barman / Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with a deep understanding of spirits, cocktails, and customer service. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and contributing to the overall ambience of the bar.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. Develop seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager and Head Chef. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area. Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service. Train junior bar staff and support team development. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a barman or mixologist in a high-end or boutique hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Creative flair and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Relevant certification in bartending or mixology is advantageous.
