Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled, experienced Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and eager to grow within a dynamic group of multiple exceptional hospitality brands. This role is tailor-made for individuals with a strong background in specialty cocktails and a commitment to high standards, performance, and process. Key Responsibilities:

- Create memorable guest interactions through personalized service, attention to detail, and an engaging demeanor that reflects our company culture of excellence and hospitality.

- Expertly mix and prepare an extensive range of beverages, from timeless classics to innovative, trend-setting cocktails, maintaining consistency and quality in every pour.

- Establish genuine connections with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver service that exceeds expectations, leaving lasting impressions.

- Manage bar inventory efficiently, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked, fresh, and organized. Uphold rigorous cleanliness and maintenance standards.

- Contribute to the evolution of our cocktail/ speciality drinks menu by creating and refining unique recipes that align with current industry trends and guest preferences.

- Work seamlessly with fellow team members, fostering a cooperative environment where high performance and mutual support drive success.

Requirements and Skills:

- A minimum of 5+ years of bartending experience is mandatory, preferably with a strong mixology background.

- Candidates should have a proven track record of excellence in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize guest satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.In-depth understanding of mixology, cocktail crafting techniques, and diverse drink recipes.

- Outstanding communication abilities, a team-oriented attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

- Capable of thriving under pressure, multitasking effectively, and maintaining composure during busy shifts.

- Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items when necessary, and working in a high-energy setting.

- Exceptional guest interactive dialogue, able to talk comfortably through a menu with great focus on product knowledge (Both food and Beverage)
