Bartender

Job Description
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as a bartender in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Certification in wine, spirits, and mixology advantageous
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar operations, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Must hold a valid South African ID
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and hotel standards
- Provide friendly, professional service while engaging with guests
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Support bar promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
