Job Summary Barista/All Rounder Experience Looking for a friendly barista with at least 1-year experience working at busy chain cafes, willing to work in an environment with children. Skilled in customer service, coffee and food pairing, and inventory management. Knowledgeable of coffee varieties. Seeking to leverage exceptional service and dedication to great coffee. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities We are looking for Barista with food prep experience. Duties & Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Operate the coffee machine and associated actions to produce hot beverages. xe2x80xa2 Operate smoothie dispensers and associated actions to produce cold drinks. xe2x80xa2 Operate oven and associated actions to produce baked goods, sandwiches/Wraps etc xe2x80xa2 Operate till and act as Cashier. xe2x80xa2 Clean and maintain food quality standards. xe2x80xa2 Maintain auditable paper trails for all audit requirements. xe2x80xa2 Cleaning and maintenance of all machines in store. xe2x80xa2 Serving customers. xe2x80xa2 Troubleshooting and problem solving when customer problems arise. xe2x80xa2 Restock cafe as per requirements.
