The purpose of this role is to ensure that the kitchen operates at the highest efficiency level by keeping within the production and stock par levels at all times.
This includes but is not limited to:
That stock is kept at optimal levels,
Production items are produced at par level and
*staff is managed and trained to fulfill their kitchen duties according to their role and keeping a harmonious and productive atmosphere at all times.
Accurate reporting is done as required.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate - entry level.
Reporting experience.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
Exceptional knowledge and skills to identify good quality meat and ability to cut according to accepted yields.
Exceptional knowledge of people to identify and upskill potential.
Able to multi skill and work with complexities at various levels.

Ownership and high standards inclination to achieve high levels of accuracy.
