That's where the back-of-house Manager comes in and Kleinsky's is hiring! If leading a small team is nothing new to you and you're up for the task of ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen keeps the customers coming back for more, then this might just be a good fit. You'll make sure the kitchen runs like clockwork. From managing stock and suppliers to leading and motivating your team, you'll be the steady hand that keeps everything flowing. You'll balance the admin and systems with the day-to-day energy of a busy kitchen, ensuring food safety and operational standards are always met. Why you're the perfect fit: You're organised, confident and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You know how to manage food production, storage and inventory while keeping the team motivated and standards high. You're as comfortable running a stocktake or checking supplier invoices as you are stepping in to guide your team during busy service. While computer literacy, food safety training/certification is crucial and previous experience with tools like Marketman, Lightspeed, or Dext, are great, your ability to lead with clarity and take ownership sets you apart. A few things to know: Location: On-site (Seapoint, Cape Town) Reporting Line: General Manager Direct Reports: 5-6 Tools: MarketMan (inventory), Lightspeed (stock) and Dext (invoice scanning) - or similar
