Automotive Workshop Assistant
Job Description
Candidate Key Performance OutputsAssist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on vehicles, machinery, or equipment.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
Support in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, including tools and workspaces.
Help with loading, unloading, and moving heavy parts or equipment as needed.
Assist in recording maintenance and repair work in logs or computerized systems.
Follow company policies on waste disposal, environmental compliance, and hazardous materials handling.
Assist in conducting safety checks on workshop equipment and report any hazardsCandidate Requirements/ExperienceTrade Test qualification
Matric Certificate (Required)
