Ideal for an emerging leader ready to step into full management. You will assist with staff supervision, customer service, operational checks and financial controls.
Responsibilities
Support Store Manager in daily operations
Assist with training, rostering, and performance management
Oversee customer service and resolve complaints
Conduct cash-ups, stock counts and admin
Ensure hygiene and operational compliance
Salary:
R17 000 - R20 000 CTCBenefits (CTC)
Medical aid, provident fund, uniform and meal on duty
Matric
At least 2-3 years' supervisory/assistant management experience
Valid driver's licence & own transport
Strong admin and communication skills
Ability to work shifts
Between 1 - 3 Years
