Job Description

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will help drive smooth daily operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with leadership potential who is looking to grow within a supportive team and an exciting new brand.



Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing daily restaurant operations



Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff



Ensure smooth shift transitions and exceptional service



Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards



Support with stock control and shift reporting



Salary:

R12,000/month



Start Date:

ASAP



Opening Date of Restaurant:

1 September



Working Hours:



Sunday to Thursday:

9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm



Friday & Saturday:

9am-4pm or 3pm-10pm



Previous supervisory or junior management experience in hospitality



Knowledge of Halaal food service standards



Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills



Available immediately and based in Cape Town



Between 1 - 3 Years
