Responsibilities:
- Support the Lodge Manager with daily operations
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and general running of the Lodge
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage inventory, budgets, and staff schedules
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years' hospitality experience
- Leadership skills and a team player attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Matric certificate and relevant hospitality qualifications an advantage
