Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 3 years' consecutive experience in a similar role within a hotel
At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in housekeeping systems and hotel PMS
Strong computer skills; Excel proficiency advantageous
Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain brand standards
Coordinate staff schedules and manage resources effectively
Monitor stock control and ensure cost efficiency
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
