Nestled on the majestic slopes of Cape Town's Table Mountain, our exclusive luxury boutique hotel is seeking a passionate Assistant House Manager who thrives on delivering perfection.



As the Assistant House Manager at Camissa House, you will be responsible for supporting the House Manager in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our luxury boutique hotel.



You will assist in overseeing the day-to-day running of the property, managing guest relations, supervising staff, and handling operational duties to ensure high-quality guest experiences are consistently delivered. This role is pivotal in driving our standard operating procedures , elevating guest experience touchpoints, and fostering a collaborative team environment.



What You'll Do:

Guest Experience Management Operational Oversight Team Supervision & Development Administrative Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:



Formal Qualification in Hospitality Management, Accommodation Management, or a closely related hotel operations field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a boutique hotel, luxury guesthouse, or high-end hospitality environment. Strong leadership and people skills Meticulous organisation skills High level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Guest-centric attitude Adaptable and willingness to learn. Experience in budget and cost management, project management, or guest relations and upselling, would be advantageous.
